HOLOCENE PARK
A mainland, destination-scale dinosaur experience where the “danger” is thrilling but the risk is not. Ultra-real holograms, 4D sensory systems, a full resort district, and a hidden emergency tunnel network built for fast response, extreme heat, and crowd safety.
HEADLINE CAPACITY TARGETS
MASTER FLOW
Guests enter through a multi-gate plaza, disperse into lands via a central “Visitor & Plaza Hub,” and return through a dining and retail promenade. A perimeter tram loop keeps walking distances reasonable, while internal paths create discovery.
THE “SAFE SCARY” PHILOSOPHY
The park can feel intense without being unsafe: holograms, controlled lighting, environmental effects, and actors (where desired). The Escape District adds the frightening encounters you wanted, but every scene is engineered to be stoppable, reroutable, and instantly supported by emergency teams through tunnels.
STANDARD AMENITIES (EVERY LAND)
Cooling center (AC), hydration wall, shaded seating, restrooms, stroller/ADA parking, phone charging, lost-child reunification point, and a tunnel stair/elevator node marked “STAFF ONLY.”
HOL0CORE + 4D SYSTEM
Multi-projector fields, fog/screen assist where needed, and directional audio. The “Dino-AI” engine drives behavior, while wristbands set guest preferences, crowd routing, and intensity levels.
MAINLAND OPERATIONS
Highway spur + dedicated transit gate, employee campus, logistics yard, and a secure perimeter with service roads. Emergency tunnel rings connect fire, EMS, security, and utilities.
OUTBREAK: ESCAPE THE ZONE (45 MIN WALK-THROUGH)
Guests enter a “damaged operations sector” where holographic predators prowl, alarms sound, fences spark, and actors guide small groups through split routes. Each scene has an emergency bypass corridor and a hard-stop system that can freeze all holograms and brighten lighting instantly.
SCENES (FUN + FRIGHT)
Containment corridor with “raptor shadows,” crashed jeep bay, torn aviary walkway, fog tunnel with echo-roars, control room puzzle, and the final “T-Rex breach” moment (fully holographic).
THE CRETACEOUS GRAND (800 rooms)
Flagship tower with panoramic “territory views” into the thrill lands. Lobby features a timed holographic “Dino Arrival” show. Premium suites include private viewing terraces and a quiet-mode setting for guests who prefer calm nights.
JURASSIC JUNGLE LODGE (150 luxury lodges)
Treehouse-style lodges in a landscaped “rainforest edge” zone with gentle herbivore holograms. Designed for high spend, long stays, and VIP wildlife-style “safari mornings.”
MOSASAURUS UNDERWATER SUITES (50 suites)
A controlled “ocean gallery” hotel connected to the Marine Exhibit. The marine creatures are holographic, but the water environment is real and engineered. Guests sleep beside a moving “ancient sea” panorama.
HERBIVORE FAMILY RESORT (500 rooms)
Family-forward resort with large suites, splash zone, indoor play, and daily “Junior Paleontologist” programming. Calm hologram settings by default, with optional adventure upgrades for older kids.
PTEROSAUR CLIFF VILLAS (25 villas)
Ultra-luxury cliffside villas near the Sky Zone. Private terraces feature a scheduled “nesting flight” show of holographic pterosaurs. Highest privacy, direct VIP entry, and premium concierge routing through service corridors when needed.
UNDERGROUND TUNNEL NETWORK (24/7)
Two main loops (outer + inner) with radial spurs to each land. Tunnels carry EMS carts, security rapid response, utility corridors, and discreet deliveries. Every land has at least one stair/elevator access node.
COOLING CENTERS (EVERY AREA)
Each land includes a dedicated air-conditioned “Cooling & Recovery Center” with water, seating, and medical triage capability. Shade structures, queue fans, mist points, and chilled-water loops reduce heat risk park-wide.
EMERGENCY SERVICES CAMPUS
A central EMS + Fire + Security operations campus sits behind the Visitor Center and connects directly into the inner tunnel loop. It includes an emergency vehicle bay, dispatch, communications, small clinic, and incident command room. Satellite posts in every land.

INCOME LOGIC (WHY THIS WORKS)
The hotels smooth seasonality, the Escape District drives repeat visits (multiple paths and intensity modes), and the cooling center network reduces heat incidents that can otherwise hurt guest satisfaction and throughput. The tunnel network reduces visible logistics, which improves immersion and keeps front-of-house cleaner.
